Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Version.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the damaged package or products so we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
